Q: What’s the address of the wedding ceremony?

This address takes you to the location in the garden closest to the entrance of the ceremony, called ‘Mosholu Gate’.

NYBG is very large, so if you miss one of the buses and need to taxi or Uber to the ceremony, please make sure you use this exact address or you’ll risk getting lost.

Q: Is the ceremony in the same place as the reception?

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both be held at the New York Botanical Garden.

Q: What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

We are happy to be offering transportation service to and from the wedding venue.

Transportation to the wedding venue:

• The first bus will be picking guests up at Le Meridien Central Park Hotel (120 W 57th St) at 5 PM.

• The second bus will be picking guests up at the Le Meridien Central Park Hotel (120 W 57th St) at 5:15 PM. This is the last bus, so if you don’t make it on, we recommend taking an Uber or taxi from your hotel to the address above. Please make sure to arrive to the venue no later than 6:15 PM or you’ll miss the ceremony!

Transportation back to Central Park South:

• The first return bus will arrive at 11 PM to take people from the wedding venue back to Central Park (Le Meridien Hotel, specifically).

• The second return bus will arrive at 12 AM to take people from the wedding venue back to Central Park (Le Meridien Hotel, specifically).

Q: Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes! We’ve reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels:

• Le Meridien, Central Park (not the 5th ave location)

• Thompson Hotel

• Park Central

Q: Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel to the wedding?

Yes, buses will be transporting guests to the wedding from one of the hotels we have blocked—Le Meridien Central Park Hotel (120 W 57th St), which is a 2 to 5 minute walk from the other hotels we have blocked (Park Central and Thompson Hotel).

The first bus will be picking guests up at 5 PM (departing at 5:15 PM), the second bus will be picking guests up at 5:15 PM (departing at 5:30 PM).

If you don’t make it on one of the buses, we recommend taking an Uber or taxi from your hotel to the address above. Please make sure to arrive to the venue no later than 6:15 PM or you’ll miss the ceremony!

Q: What is the dress code for your wedding?

We’re encouraging formal attire / black-tie optional, but more than anything, we want you to feel your best. If that means dressing more casually, go for it—we’ll love whatever you choose (as long as it’s not jeans 😉).

Since it’ll be late June in NYC, expect high temperatures between 75°F and 82°F, rarely dipping below 65°F. Dress in whatever keeps you comfortable and confident for this type of weather!
